Libya does not make mobile news every day. The North African country has only two mobile network operators, AlMadar and Free Libyana. The latter is also the morea dvanced of the two. And now it has launched the first 4G network in Libya.

LTE is a fourth generation (4G) mobile technology that delivers data speeds 10 times faster than current 3G networks. As such, mobile internet subscribers in Libya with compatible phones can now enjoy super fast internet speeds.
