Google Cloud Print allows you to directly print from your smartphone

You can create, edit and save documents on your smartphone. In times past, however, you could not print yourbdocument unless you somehow got it out onto a computer or flash drive. That has changed now. Thanks to Google Cloud Print, you can print your documents directly from your smartphone.

Google Cloud Print works on all printers that can connect to the web. Setting it up can be a bit tricky, but once you get it to work, it is easy to maintain. If your device runs Android 4.4 KitKat or above, then you already have Google Cloud Print installed. Go to Settings > System to check it out. Just go to the options ad tap on Cloud Print to switch it on. Note that each device has its own interface, and some things might not be the same on different phones. If your device does not have Cloud Print, you can download the app from the Google Play Store.

Setup Your printer for Google Cloud Print

When you activate Cloud Print, tap on Add Printer. This would take you to the Google sign in page if you have not signed in before then. If you have, you will be directed to the Cloud Print web page. Follow the instructions outlined on the page for your printer, whether it is connected to the Cloud or not.
When you complete the process, you will get a message saying that you can use your printer whenever you are signed in to that account.
