Innjoo Pro 2 Price In Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Specs And Review

In some months to come, if you’re still using
a smartphone with a 1 GB or 2 GB RAM, I’d
say keep living in the past.
This is not
unconnected with the fact that most
smartphone makers have decided to start
upgrading their newest smartphones from
those low RAM phones that have always
been flying to 3 GB RAM and above.

Well, innjoo has not been left out in this
scenario as they have after the previous
version, released the Innjoo Pro 2 and just
like the latest trends amongst other maker
like Samsung, Gionee, they have decided this
newest baby gets a 6 GB RAM.

Its not clear when they’ll be launching or
unveiling the device, even if there are many
pointers to the Customers Electronics Show
(CES) 2017 coming up in some days time, or
the World Mobile Congress coming up later
in the year.

Without further ado, let me walk you through
the specs of this great phone, and what I
think about them. Be sure to let me know
what you think about them too right in the
comments box (we really do appreciate your
comments). While we are, for now, just stay
with me while we ride.

The device screen has a 5.5 inches full HD
screen, precisely 1920 * 1080 pixels
resolution which is an improvement on its
The screen size however did
not feature an improvement, instead, it is
smaller than the previous version, the Innjoo
Pro. The phone is built with a metal
aluminium design.

Seriously, I am beginning to detest the
recent trend of degrading some smartphones
specifications and features. If you claim to
be released an upgraded version, it is meant
to be better, not worse. And if it can’t be
better, it should remain the same. Making
lower spec phones as an “upgrade” shouldn’t
be an option at all.

As expected, the phone supports the 4G LTE
With the way this is going, in a very
short time, any phone NOT supporting the 4G
network won’t be glanced at twice, which
would be a very nice development.

The Innjoo Pro 2 features an Octa-core 64 bit
MediaTek MT6757 with 2.3 GHz processor
speed. One of the major selling points of the
phone, which Innjoo hopes to bank very
largely upon is the 6 GB RAM. You can be
rest assured of a multipurpose friendly

The internal memory of the Innjoo Pro 2 is
pegged at 64 GB but be sure it can be
expanded up to 256 GB with the use of a
micro SD card.

The device features a button by the side
which lets you assign your favorite app. Once
you press the key, it will serve as a shortcut
to the app you choose which will be
launched regardless of what you are doing
on the phone at that point in time.

It is a very commendable one from Innjoo as
the Innjoo Pro 2 boasts of a camera quality
of 16 MP. It would surely be a lovely phone
for the picture lovers. Selfie lovers are not
totally neglected as their special camera, the
front facing camera possesses a camera
quality of 8 MP. It seems okay to me though,
but I’ve also seen phones with the same
camera quality for both the rear and front
facing camera.

The Innjoo Pro 2 still has the 3.5 mm audio
jack, when will Innjoo join the ‘no headphone’
gang? I don’t even have an idea. Moving
forward, Bluetooth is of v4.2, supports Wi-Fi
802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct hotspot, has
GPS with A-GPS and USB Type-C.

The charging time for the 4000 mAh battery
which the Innjoo Pro 2 possess is fixed at 2
hours, while the battery life when uing is 27
hours and standby time is 350 hours. It is
pretty impressive as it can last you for over a
day when using. The battery is non
removable and power management is by
Marshmallow’s battery saving mode.

While this phone was just released, it does
not have a price tag yet but we’re
speculating a little more or less than a
N100,000 in Nigeria.
