Android Statistics For Month Of January

Why a certain chunk of people would be
willing to just live in the past is what is
beyond me. There are certain versions of the
Android operating system which should not
even be used by the “Homo habilis” in this
period and time. Well, it seems some people
are already having the same line of thoughts
as me, at least that’s what the statistics
suggest, if they are anything to go by.

The stats for android in January is not
too largely different from the last one which
was in December. But then, there is a little
difference – which indicates the “froyo”
absent on the most recent stats. This could
translate that more and more people are
dropping the old things and letting it pass
away while upgrading to new ones too.


Android 5.1 Lollipop still tops the chart with
a total of 33.3% on the distribution chart, this
is closely followed by Android Marshmallow
with 29.6%. Android KitKat comes in at the
third position with 22.6%, while Android Jelly
Bean completes the top 4 with 11.6%.
